What should I do if I have a skin reaction as a result of a patch test?
Do not use the product you tested.
If the patch test results in a reaction, Do not scratch it but wash the area immediately, consult a doctor (i.e., dermatologist), and do not use that hair dyeing product.
If none of the answers above resolve your issue, lease contact the Customer Relations Division .
