2. Provision of personal information

Unless special circumstances exist, such as where disclosure is required by law, the Company will not in principle disclose or supply personal information to a third party without prior consent from the individual concerned.
However, in order to distribute advertisements to a customer himself/herself or a person similar to him/her, the Company may, without his/her consent, provide the following distributors with the customer's telephone number, email address, or other information that has been hashed to be used for advertisement distribution through such distributors.

Third-party advertisement distributors will not use this information for any purpose other than advertisement distribution.For advertisements of these third-party advertisement distributors, customers can choose to "enable/disable behavioral targeting advertising."

If a customer himself/herself requests us to cease providing the information, we will cease the provision of the information to the aforementioned distributors.

3. Outsourcing

If the handling of personal information held by the Company is outsourced to an external organization, the Company will select a contractor that is deemed by the Company to appropriately handle personal information, in accordance with the Company's internal rules. In addition, the Company will properly supervise the contractor to ensure that the security control of the outsourced personal information is implemented.

4. Disclosure, etc. of personal information subject to disclosure and contact for inquiries

Regarding the handling of personal data held by the Company and personal data provided by customers, the Company has taken the following security control measures: the development of an internal personal information protection system, the implementation of periodic training and awareness activities for employees, etc., access control to storage areas and server rooms for confidential information containing personal data, and measures to prevent unauthorized access to, leakage or loss of, or damage to, personal data.
