Can salt-and-pepper hair be colored completely blonde or gray with a bleach such as GATSBY EX Hi-Bleach?

Salt-and-pepper hair, cannot be dyed completely blonde (or gray).
A bleach removes pigment from hair, and thus does not change the color if used on gray hair with little pigment in the first place. If bleach is used by a person with salt-and-pepper hair, the color will be bleached out of the black hair, resulting in a mix of light and gray hair. To change black hair to a shade close to blonde, however, bleach must be applied multiple times, and this will damage your hair.
Also, there are individual differences in the final result depending on the condition and color of the original hair. You should wait about one week between applications of bleach to protect your hair and skin.
