Is it possible to refill Bifesta Cleansing Lotion bottles with Bifesta Micellar Cleansing Water?

As the contents differ, you should avoid doing so. The Bifesta Micellar Cleansing Water refill pack contains the right amount to refill its own original bottle so you would be unable to put the full contents into a Bifesta Cleansing Lotion bottle.
