Yes, you can. Wiping your face with some cotton wool soaked in Bifesta Micellar Cleansing Water will also smoothly remove dirt such as sweat and sebum, so you can use it as a wipe-off face lotion in place of washing your face.
Also, in addition to removing makeup after you get home without needing to use a bathroom or wash basin, you can also use it with a cotton swab to fix up small areas of makeup.
