① Mangrove Forest Restoration Initiative

Mangrove forests play a vital role in coastal communities. Mangrove trees are highly resistant to ocean currents and help prevent soil erosion in surrounding areas, making them an effective barrier against the spread of coastal erosion. Erosion is an ongoing and pressing challenge in parts of Indonesia's coastline—including the Muara Gembong area along the northern coast of Bekasi Regency, where significant damage to mangrove forests has led to severe erosion in certain areas.
Mangrove forests also play an important role in reducing greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions. Mangrove plants absorb carbon dioxide and store it as organic carbon in their roots, stems, and leaves. Their preservation is therefore valuable not only for reducing GHG emissions, but also for protecting the biodiversity of coastal ecosystems.
With this in mind, we have participated since 2022 in a mangrove forest restoration initiative organized by the management body of the MM2100 Industrial Town. Working alongside local stakeholders, we have steadily increased the number of seedlings donated each year as part of our ongoing commitment to this effort.

② Food Rescue Volunteer Program

Food waste makes up a large share of the garbage generated daily by households and businesses. According to data from Indonesia's Ministry of Environment, food waste accounts for 39.71% of the country's projected total waste generation of 30 million tons in 2025, making it the single largest waste category. It is estimated that preventing food loss and food waste could provide nutritious meals for approximately 61 to 125 million people—equivalent to 29–47% of the population.
In response to this challenge, we have been working with food bank organization Food Cycle Indonesia since October 2025, taking part on an ongoing basis in activities aimed at reducing food loss and food waste while creating opportunities to provide meals to those in need.
On activity days, volunteers sort donated food, prepare meals, and pack food boxes, which are then delivered to orphanages, online driver communities, elderly care facilities, and other beneficiaries. With employees from a variety of departments taking part, the program contributes to both social impact and improved employee engagement.

Singapore

① Meal Distribution Activity in Partnership with Mummy Yummy

In collaboration with Singapore-based community food support organization Mummy Yummy, we carried out a meal distribution activity delivering vegetarian meals to low-income households and elderly residents.
Mummy Yummy is a grassroots support organization founded in 2013 by four mothers, with a mission to provide free meals to those in need. This marks our second collaboration with the organization, following a previous activity in 2022.
During the June 2025 activity, volunteers visited a residential housing estate where elderly households are located and personally handed meals to each recipient, distributing a total of 1,000 vegetarian meals. The activity offered participants a firsthand look at the living conditions of those in need, providing a valuable opportunity to experience the diverse challenges faced within the local community. One participating employee shared: "It was a meaningful experience to see the living conditions of elderly residents who need support. It also gave us a glimpse into a side of Singapore that we rarely get to see in our daily lives." We will continue to work alongside community members and organizations involved in such initiatives to contribute to Singapore's local community.

② Beach Cleanup

We carried out a beach cleanup activity at Changi Beach in Singapore.
The impact of our everyday actions on the environment is often difficult to recognize in the course of daily life. This activity offered participants a chance to witness firsthand the serious environmental damage caused by litter carelessly discarded on the beach, and to reflect on the connection between personal behavior and the natural world.
In August 2025, 32 employees took part in the activity, collecting litter across Changi Beach and gathering approximately 10 bags of waste. Through this hands-on effort to protect the coastal environment, all participants shared a renewed sense of the importance of preserving it for future generations. We will continue to promote environmental awareness among our employees through initiatives like this.

③ Training and Meal Distribution with Dignity Kitchen

We visited Dignity Kitchen (Project Dignity), an organization dedicated to supporting employment for people with disabilities, where we took part in a training session and meal distribution activity.
Dignity Kitchen operates under the mission of "restoring dignity to people with disabilities and those facing hardship through vocation." The organization provides vocational training for individuals with special needs, supporting their entry into the food and beverage, hospitality, and retail industries.
In November 2025, 36 employees participated in the activity. We began by learning basic sign language, then put our new skills to use by ordering drinks at a beverage stand. We then joined in the cooking process, preparing a dish by hand and packing the ingredients into bento boxes, which were delivered to 100 elderly residents living in the surrounding area.
Seeing people with disabilities working with energy and purpose offered participants a meaningful opportunity to reflect on the importance of employment support and social inclusion. We will continue contributing to the local community through activities like this.
