Q&A on Troubleshooting

What should I do if I get hair dyeing product on my hands, face, or neck?

The longer you leave it, the harder it will be to wash off! Wash with soap in the same way as you would normally wash your hands or face. Wash carefully, as scrubbing too hard may damage your skin.
Warming the affected area with a heated towel before wiping with a damp towel into which soap has been foamed may also be effective in removing the dye.

If you are unable to wash the dye off straight away, wait a few days for your body to expel it as part of your natural metabolism.
