Q&A on How to Use
I wanted to use two hair dyeing products at the same time so I mixed the two together, but the mixture is the wrong color. Why is that?
Mixing Agent 1 (dye) and Agent 2 (developer) starts a chemical reaction that creates a specific color.
It takes a balance of multiple ingredients to achieve the proper color, and not all of the chemical reactions start at the same time—they are staggered through slight differences in the mixture—and that causes differences in the color of the mixture.
It does not, however, affect the results on your hair. Please use the product as provided.
