If the contents aren't dispensed when you use a pump-top, open the container and close it again.
Possible causes include blockage caused by the tip of the pump tube sticking to the bottom of the container, and, when there is only a little product left in the container, the level of the contents falling below that of the pump tube when the container is at an angle.
High-viscosity contents also may require a few more presses of the pump to be effectively suctioned up the tube. Try pressing the button on the pump about 10 times.
