The contents of my LUCIDO Hair Color One Push Type only came out on one side of the canister and didn't dye my hair.

Press the center of push button firmly until it completely stops. When the push button isn't fully depressed, Agent 1 (dye) and Agent 2 (developer) are not dispensed evenly and may not dye the hair effectively. You may wish to view the how-to video available for this product for further details.

If you store the product without washing the nozzle after use, the contents may solidify and block the product the next time you use it. Be sure to wash the nozzle after use prior to storing it.
